Shipping & Returns
All orders ship UPS, including Ground, Next Day and Two-Day service, as detailed in Checkout, where you will see shipping rates for each type of service before selecting the one that best meets your needs. Next Day and Two-Day orders must be received by noon in order to be shipped the same day. We ship Monday through Friday only.
Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight and size of the package, delivery zip code and type of service requested; we do not up-charge UPS rates. Please tell us if delivery is to a residential or commercial address and if we have your permission to leave a package without a signature.
Please contact us immediately if your package is missing or arrives damaged. You must send us images of all damaged products and cartons (both inside and out), so that we may file a claim with UPS. Please do not destroy damaged products or cartons, as UPS may need to inspect them before approving a claim.
We add a Handling Charge to purchases to compensate for the cost of the double-walled boxes UPS requires us to use for the types of products we sell, so that your items arrive undamaged and ready to use. We hope that you will re-use these cartons--they're great for shipping and storage because they don't crush when stacked.
You are always welcome to pick up your purchases in person during business hours; we will contact you when your order is ready. Please tell us if you are authorizing someone other than yourself to pick up your order.
Tinted products and Special Orders are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Untinted products can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for STORE CREDIT only. After 7 days a RESTOCKING FEE will apply. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
All items must be in their original condition, unopened and undamaged. We will only accept items that meet these criteria.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
